This year, Amicus has brought Appeal, Revision and Essay Writing workshop which is aimed at preparing the ‘Assist. Public Prosecutor’ aspirants to score maximum out of the 40 marks (Appeal / Revision Drafting– 20 marks, Essay – 20 marks). Guidance By: Adv. Ten full length Essays How to Register for the workshop: 1. Candidates willing to enroll for the workshop shall download the Mobile app i) Google play store - ‘Amicus Law Academy, Pune’ ii) App store - ‘My Institute App’ (Org code – FSAKY) 2. Candidates shall provide their full name while downloading the mobile app. (No short forms, sign language, numbers are allowed). 3. While registering on mobile app ‘Parent Login’ option shall not be selected. 4. All the Admissions & payments shall be made through the above mention mobile app. 5. Payment can also be made from different mobile number than the registered number. General Instructions for the workshop: 1. The workshop will be conducted in English & Marathi language. 2. The necessary formats and essays will be provided in the mobile app which can be read on the mobile. 3. The lecture on the construction of legal Essay will be conducted during the course period. Thereafter minimum 10 Essays on the important topics will be provided by the mid of August 2022. 4. Fees once paid will not be refunded in any case. 5. Offline workshop will be a full day class room session scheduled on 17th July 2022. 6. Offline workshop will be conducted on minimum 100 admissions. 7. The lectures will be conducted with the help of Power Point Presentation / PDF/ white board. 8. Candidates shall manage to complete watching the lectures before 12th Sept 2022, any course extension request will not be entertained. 9. The candidates can purchase the following books published by Amicus Law Academy Pune which may be useful for the APP exam. Books can be purchased through same mobile app. i) JMFC Mains Legal Essays (2021) ii) JMFC Mains Paper II (Criminal) 10. What’s app groups will be created for the candidates. Doubts can be dropped on What’s app Group, which will be attended within a short period. The ‘Doubt Clearance Session’ will be conducted at the appropriate time. Instructions for Online Workshop 1. The Lectures can be watched only on the mobile app through the registered mobile number. 2. The lectures will be in the form of recorded videos and doubt clearance will be in the form of live session. 3. Lectures shall be watched using the internet connection on mobile app only, download/save option is not available. 4. Mobile app consumes minimum internet data. Hence, daily internet pack will be sufficient to watch the lectures. 5. Maximum two lectures will be uploaded daily. Duration of each lecture will be maximum up to sixty minutes. 6. Time allotted to watch each lecture will be 2 hrs. Hence, each Lecture can be watched for at least two times. However, there will be no restrictions on pause and play of the lectures. 7. The lectures will be available till 12th September 2022 (Date of APP mains exam). 8.
